Delivery
All orders placed before 10AM are despatched the same day. UK mainland customers will receive their goods the following working day. Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will be received within 2-4 days.
Faulty items
We take great pride in providing the highest quality products. However, if your purchase arrives damaged or faulty and not up to the standard you’d expect, please contact us at info@ orcahygiene.com with details of the issue so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
Arrange a return
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and unopened and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, please email info@ orcahygiene.com with details of the goods you would like to return, the reason for return and your proof of purchase, e.g. your order confirmation email. If your return request is accepted, we will issue you with a return form and instructions on returning your goods.
Non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns for hazardous materials, for example corrosive or flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items are also excluded from the return policy.
